Doane’s Falls

In what has become our now annual Memorial Day photography outing, Michael let me pick the place. I wanted to photograph some water, so I suggested we go to Doane’s Falls in South Roylston, MA. It required some climbing with cameras and tripods and fooling around with shutter speeds.

 From the Falls we headed north, stopping at one incredible garage sale in New Hampshire and then onto the Chapel in the Pines. All the spring flowers were blooming and the black flies had arrived as well. I remembered to bring the bug spray.
