I have been planning to go to the Waltham Farmers Market all summer long but didn’t get there until this week. What I have missed! The season is almost over.

I found a table with baby bok choy, mustard greens, and arrugula.

At the largest stand I got lovely Japanese egglant and white egglant for a dollar a pound. I roasted the eggplant covered lightly with olive oil and chopped garlic. After roasting, the dish was finished with toasted sesame seeds and soy sauce. Yum.

The greens were sauteed and added to Pad Thai. I am feasted well for the rest of the week and will be back next week.
